We have been hard at work these past few months giving the butchery a bit of TLC! You may have noticed the new butchery fridge in the farm shop where you are now able to easily grab a pack of your favourite sausages, burgers, boerewors, roasting joints and much more!
We have a new team on the counter, headed by Neil the Butcher!
Neil has a wealth of knowledge in the butchery industry which has taken him around the globe! We are not finished with this makeover yet, Neil has some fantastic new ideas up his sleeves and we are excited for you to be on this exciting journey - stay tuned!
Have a look below at some of the award winning and brand new items we have on offer at the farm. We make all our own sausages and black pudding using our own unique recipes and you can sample them in house via our café!

Our Award Winning Butchery!
The butchery is open six days a week and fully stocked with top quality pork, lamb, chicken and beef with seasonal venison from the farm. We have hand picked our meat from local suppliers and farmers for its fantastic flavour and provenance!
The Butchery currently holds numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze British Sausage Week Awards and as well as a ‘Best Sausage in London and the South East’ prize for its innovative range of sausages. The Great Taste awards have also awarded the farm one, two and three gold star ratings.
